We will only accept people announced on the
reservation day.
Pets will be accepted AFTER AN AGREEMENT and with a 25
€ additional charge, except in the mini villa.
Be careful , you will have to:
- Pay for stay taxes(0,5 € / day / person)
- Clean the renting at the end of your stay if you did not subscribe to the
cleaning option.
- DEPOSIT : 550 € mini villa 350 € studio when we give you the keys of
your apartment.
Options:
- Bed linen 10 € / person / change
- Baby bed 10 € / week.
- TV 30€ / week.
- Cleaning made by the residence at the beginning or at the end of your stay =
30€
- When you arrive the cleaning the cleaning is already done by the previous
renter and checked-up by the residence. If you are demanding you can subscribe
to the cleaning option at your arrival.
- Paying Acces Internet 30 €
- Tapering rate from the 2eme week of rent of 31/3 in 16/6 and of 15/9 in the
closure(lock).
