We will only accept people announced on the reservation day and written on the contract Pets will only be accepted AFTER AN AGREEMENT and with an additional charge of 25 €. BE CAREFUL , you will have to :
- Pay for stay taxes (0,5 € / day / person)
- Clean the renting at the end of your stay if you did not subscribe to the cleaning option.
- Pay for the cleaning of the bed linen and bath linen 20 €
DEPOSIT : 250 € when we give you the keys of your apartment Apartment provided with : kitchen roll, toilet paper, dustbin bag.
Options:
- Bed linen renting 8 € / person / change
- Heating 15 € / week / heating.
- Baby bed 8 € / week.
- TV 30€ / week.
- Cleaning made the residence at the beginning or at the end of your stay = 30€.
- When you arrive the cleaning is already done by the previous renter and checked-up by the residence. If you are demanding you can subscribe to the cleaning option at your arrival.
