Prices in euro for 1 week

We will only accept people announced on the reservation day and written on the contract.

Pets will be accepted AFTER AN AGREEMENT and with an additional charge of 25 €.

BE CAREFUL , you will have to :

• Pay for the stay taxes (0,5 € / day / person)
• Clean the apartment at the end of your stay if you did not subscribe to the cleaning option.
  

  DEPOSIT : 400 € when you are given the keys of the renting.

Options:

• Bed linen renting 10 €/person/change
• deckchair 10 €/week/chair
• Baby bed 10 €/week
• TV 30 €/week
• Cleaning made by the residence at the beginning or at the end of your stay  45 € to 60 € / cleaning (when you arrive the cleaning is already done by the previous renter and checked-up by the residence. If you are demanding you can subscribe to the cleaning option at your arrival).
• Paying Acces Internet 30 €
• Tapering rate from the 2eme week of rent of 31/3 in 30/6 and of 25/8 in the closure(lock).
