We will only accept the people announced on the reservation day and written on the contract.

Pets will be accepted AFTER AN AGREEMENT and with an additional charge of 25€.

BE CAREFUL , you will have to :

• Pay for the stay taxes (0,5 € /day / person)
• Clean the renting at the end of your stay if you did not subscribe to the cleaning option.
  

  DEPOSIT : 350 € when you are given the keys of the apartment

• Sea sight +10%
• Deckchair 10 €/chair/week
• Bed linen renting 10 €/person/change 
• Baby bed 10 €/week
• TV 30 €/week
• Cleaning made by the residence at the beginning or/anda t the end of your stay 45 € to 60 €/ cleaning (when you arrive the cleaning is already done by the previous renter and checked-up by the residence. If you are demanding you can subscribe to the cleaning option at your arrival.)
• Paying Acces Internet 30 €/week
• Tapering rate from the 2eme week of rent of 31/3 in 30/6 and of 01/9 in the closure(lock).
