Prices in euro for 1 week and for 8 people
For the 9th and 10th person, please ask for an estimate

We will only accept people announced on the reservation day and written on the contract.

Pets will be accepted AFTER AN AGREEMENT and with an additional charge of 25 €.

BE CAREFUL , you will have to :

• Pay for the stay taxes (0,5 € / day / person)
• Clean the renting at the end of your stay if you did not subscribe to the cleaning option.
• Pay for the cleaning of the bed linen and the bath linen 45 €

  DEPOSIT : 550 € when you are given the keys of the renting.

• Bed linen renting 10 €/person/change
• SIGHT SEA + 10% 
• Deckchair 10 €/chair/week
  
• Baby bed 10 €/week
• TV 30 €/week
• Cleaning made by the residence at the beginning or/anda t the end of your stay = 65 € / cleaning (when you arrive the cleaning is already done by the previous renter and checked-up by the residence. If you are demanding you can subscribe to the cleaning option at your arrival.)
